The environmental regulators SEPA and the NIEA, are committed to supporting everyone they regulate during the COVID-19 public health emergency, while maintaining protection of the environment. It is recognised that there may be disruption to the waste management services during this time, and so temporary COVID-19 Regulatory Position Statements to help the waste sector during this period have been produced.
