The Water Environment (Shellfish Water Protected Areas: Designation) (Scotland) Order 2026

The regulations designate 15 new Shellfish Water Protected Areas (SWPAs) and amend the Water Environment (Shellfish Water Protected Areas: Designation) (Scotland) Order 2013 to revoke the designation of three SWPAs from that Order. The three SWPAs removed from the 2013 Order are incorporated into three of the 15 new SWPAs designated by this instrument.
