Consultation on ‘Proposed Fisheries Management Measures in Scottish Inshore Marine Protected Areas (MPAs) and Proposed Priority Marine Features (PMF) Management Areas’

The Scottish Government is seeking your views on their proposal to protect important sea areas. It plans to limit some fishing in these places. This would help protect sea life and the seabed. It would also protect areas where young fish grow. The plans cover more than 160 sites around Scotland. The aim is to keep seas healthy and support fishing in the long term.
