Consultation on Building Regulations: The Scottish equivalent to the Passivhaus standard: Stage 2

The Scottish Government is asking for views on new building rules. The aim is to make homes use less energy, cost less to heat and have better air quality. The plans also include more checks to make sure builders meet the rules. The new standard is due to start in autumn 2029 and will support Scotland's climate and fuel poverty goals.
