Consultation on Social and Environmental Guidance for Water and Sewerage Services for Price Control 28 (PC28) (2028/29 – 2032/33)

The Department for Infrastructure is asking for views on future water and sewerage services. The guidance will help shape how NI Water provides services between 2028 and 2033.  

The guidance aims to:

• protect the environment,  
• improve services,  
• and prepare for climate change.  

The goal is to provide reliable services for the future.
