Ulster Farmers' Union (UFU)

UFU is an industry group that lobbies on behalf of Northern Irish farmers and growers.

National Farmers Union of Scotland (NFUS)

NFUS is an industry group that lobbies on behalf of Scottish farmers, crofters and growers.

Royal Highland and Agricultural Society of Scotland (RHASS)

RHASS is a group that represents the interests of Scottish agriculture for the benefit of farmers, landowners and rural communities.

Scotland's Rural College (SRUC) provides ideas, information and contacts to help you reduce diffuse pollution risks from your farm and benefit the farm business.

Agriculture and Horticulture Development Board (AHDB)

AHDB is statutory levy board, funded by farmers, growers and others in the supply chain and managed as an independent organisation. Its purpose is to make agriculture and horticulture industries more competitive and sustainable through factual, evidence-based advice, information and activity. AHDB represents the UK cereals and oilseeds sectors and Great Britain's potatoes, horticulture and milk sectors. All other activity is restricted to England.

Agricultural Industries Confederation (AIC)

AIC is a trade body that represents the UK's agrisupply industry, including areas such as animal feed, crop protection and agronomy, fertilisers, grain and oilseed, and seed.

British Poultry Council (BPC)

BPC is an industry group that works on behalf of producers of poultry meat from chickens, turkeys, ducks and geese. The association covers all aspects of the poultry production chain, from breeding and hatching to growing and processing.

Crop Protection Association (CPA)

CPA is a trade body that represents the UK's plant science industry.

Dairy UK

Dairy UK is a trade association for the British dairy supply chain. It brings together processors, dairy co-operatives, manufacturers, farmers and bottled milk buyers throughout the United Kingdom.


Lantra is a UK Sector Skills Council that supports skills and training for people and businesses in the land-based and environmental sector.

LEAF is a charity that promotes sustainable food and farming.

National Beef Association (NBA)

NBA is a trade group that represents the UK's beef industry.

Pesticide Action Network UK (PAN UK)

PAN UK is a charity that promotes safe and sustainable alternatives to pesticides in agriculture, urban areas, homes and gardens.

Red Tractor: Assured Food Standards

Red Tractor is a UK farm and quality food assurance scheme.

Soil Association

Soil Association is a UK membership charity that campaigns for healthy, humane and sustainable food, farming and land use.


Sustain is a a charity and an alliance of public interest bodies that advocates food and agriculture policies and practices that enhance the health and welfare of people and animals, improve the working and living environment, enrich society and culture and promote equity.
