EASR waste authorisations in Scotland
You may need an EASR authorisation (registration or permit) if you carry out any of the following waste activities:
- Soil improvement using waste
- Anaerobic digestion and composting
- Construction, restoration, reclamation or land improvement
- Incineration
- Landfill
- Storage and treatment of waste
- Transporting, brokering and dealing waste
- Other waste activities covered by EASR
You may need an EASR registration or permit if you carry out these activities.
