Association of Electrical and Mechanical Trades (AEMT)

AEMT is an international trade group that represents the electrical and mechanical service and repair industry. Members of AEMT include those who supply, install, service, maintain, and repair, electric motors, drives, pumps, fans, gearboxes, generators, transformers, switchgear, and ancillary equipment.

Association of Loading and Elevating Equipment Manufacturers (ALEM)

ALEM is an industry group that works on behalf of those engaged in the manufacture or distribution of lifting, loading and elevating equipment.

British Constructional Steelwork Association (BCSA)

BCSA is a UK-wide trade organisation that works on behalf of the steel construction industry. The association represents organisations involved in the design, fabrication and erection of steelwork for all forms of construction in building and civil engineering.

British Coatings Federation (BCF)

BCF is a trade association that represents UK paint, printing ink, powder coatings and wallcoverings manufacturers.

British Metals Recycling Association (BMRA)

BMRA is a trade group that represents the UK's metal recycling sector.

British Turned Parts Manufacturers Association (BTMA)

BTMA is an industry group that works on behalf of manufacturers of precision turned parts and machined components.

Cutlery and Allied Trades Research Association (CATRA)

CATRA is a trade group that offers technical guidance to those in the cultery industry.

Cast Metals Federation (CMF)

CMF is a trade organisation that represents foundries producing castings in every metal and process, along with foundry supply companies.

Confederation of British Metalforming (CBM)

CBM is a trade group that works on behalf of UK manufacturers of fasteners, forgings and pressings

European Powder Metallurgy Association (EPMA)

EPMA is an umbrella group representing a range of actors with a stake in powder metallurgy, from component, metal powder, and equipment producers to end-users, research centres, universities, and individuals who have an interest in PM.

Galvanisers Association (GA)

GA is an industry group that provides information and advice on hot dip galvanizing to users and potential users.

Gauge and Toolmakers Association (GTMA)

GTMA is a trade group that represents companies in precision engineering, rapid product development, toolmaking, tooling technologies, metrology and other critical manufacturing related products and services.

Institute of Materials Finishing (IMF)

IMF is a trade association that works on behalf of those involved in surface engineering and finishing.

Metal Packaging Manufacturers Association (MPMA)

MPMA is a UK trade group that supports and represents the metal packaging industry on matters related to operational, regulatory and environmental issues.

Metalforming Machinery Makers Association (MMMA)

MMMA is an industry body that represents the interests of the UK’s power press makers.

The Science, Engineering, Manufacturing and Technologies Alliance (SEMTA)

SEMTA is a skills based organisation that works with the UK's engineering and advanced manufacturing technologies sectors.

Minor Metals Trade Association (MMTA)

MMTA is an industry body that works on behalf of the UK's interests in minor metals, such as tungsten, titanium, cobalt and molybdenum.

Steel Construction Institute (SCI)

SCI is a trade group that provides technical expertise and best practice guidance to the steel construction sector.

SEA is an industry body that advocates on behalf of UK treatment industries.
